my car has never been touched with a gun and its black with like some nasty *** brown flakes under it....if you hold a light up to my car you could call it "**** brown"

Now that I don't know.... Also, isn't there a darker blue color as well?

 

i know some of them (88-91 dx) had a variation to chianti red metallic, it was a bit darker of a color, i will see if i can find a pic

I'm pretty sure the car in the pic is Torino Red Pearl.
And to Vap; the darker blue was Celestial Blue Pearl, but what was the lighter pastely pale blue called? Does anyone know?

they also made it in the grey color that the civic came in, they only made a few but they did make it, i have seen it like twice, now that black with the gold flakes, i have never seen that, i want that color on my hatch.

Can anyone else confirm this? Black with gold, black with brown flakes, these can't be stock CRX honda colors. I've never seen or heard of them before. Anyone know what up for sure?

 

my crx is stock black, with some reddish metallic in it when its in the sun. it looks really nice, i wish i could restore the entire car to that color. my roof area is all faded, and i did some bodywork, shaved moldings etc, so i might paint the car olive green.

Is that a 1g or 2g?
I think my 1g was that color=Blackburn black.
Yeah the Canadian CRX Se was vogue silver, but was that an exclusive color?
Or was it the same silver that the 88-89 Si's came in?

Damn lee your slippin look at the front end and corner lights does that look like a hatch front and it doesnt have a black hood either. hahaha

Also note that if you look through the windshield, At the passengers side rear window, It is a crx... Unless someone has way to much time on their hands and skills in photoshop... Oh well, What would I know.

or jus look at the front bumper, and lower molding.... that gives it away
