Default Might need a co-drive for the Atlanta ProSolo

Can anyone help me out? I'm versatile, I can drive just about anything. I have the most experience in Hondas of course, so BS, DS, DSP, CSP, STS, STX Hondas would be best but who cares, I just need a car to drive at this point. I also have experience in a variety of SM cars, RWD, FWD, AWD, ADD, UDP, RPG, you name it.

I'm going to try and convince a local STX WRX owner to let me drive his car but since he's not sure if he's going yet, I want to ask here too.

If you know Matt Grainger, I'm pretty close to him in speed, in a Honda at least.

I can also offer free lodging (with me) to the car owner at a teamslow.org member's house in Hotlanta for as long as he wishes to stay as part of the deal.

Why don't you run the Si in STS. I'll be there in an EG.

The Si is a DSP car at best, SM at worst and also won't be ready. I was going to run Carl's car in STS, #160, but he can't make it.

I just looked at your si in your profile. Looks like it'd be setup pretty good for STS except for the flywheel. I used to run my 00 si in STS until I got my 89. Both are great cars for STS, but the 00 would have just cost more money to prepare.

And I already have 2 drivers so can't offer a co-drive.

Thanks for the offers, and the "if only" offers, they mean the same thing to me:

Willingness to loan cars for competition = hope for Honda community!

Ryan: I also have a Quaife, and I'm sure as hell never getting rid of that. I heart it.

I know what class my car could be in, but I'm not giving my R-compounds up, and I also know exactly what it's capable of, which is certainly not being competitive in DSP at this point. I wouldn't be DFL, but "not DFL" isn't the potential I want to have going into the event. If it's at all possible I want to go into the event with as few excuses for not making the challenge rounds as possible. My POS is a last resort.

Want2Race:
An IS300 in DS would be super sweet, I have lots of experience in BMWs and "BMW-esque" cars

True that, but there are no DSP cars entered. I'd keep an eye on it, you could steal some points even if you bump to CSP. ( I know its a cheap **** way to get points but if you stay in DSP or drive other DSP cars...hmmmm what the heck)

keep watching the supps for the event. I wouldn't be suprised if a sound regulation is introduced. I need to measure my car soon to see where i'm at.

That's a really good point, I didn't even look at how many DSP people were entered.

I'll keep that in mind, still waiting for my local STX guy to get back to me.

Well, if anyone is looking for a year-long codriver, I am also looking for something to drive. My main experience, however, is RWD, with a little AWD mixed in. I am game for anything, as long as it is a competitive car.

I am currently signed up for Atlanta, but there is a very good chance I'll be cancelling that entry next week if I can't work out a deal with someone.

And, please, no ladies class offers. I won't accept them, even if you paid me to drive your car.

What do you want to sign up as a two driver team? I could maybe for Atlanta. I could possibly do that in EP with my Civic but dont expect to win
