Del Sol w/ tein suspension?
I really wanna upgrade my suspension. Right now Im riding on some shitty ebay coilovers and its too bouncy. All im really looking at is springs. I just bought some KYB agx's and I wanna pair them up with some tein springs and see how it rides. Is there a big notice in drop? I had the eibach pro kit on my hatch and it was too high for me. Sooo anyone have any pics?? TIA
Heres a bunch of sols that posted my same type question in the new topics https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=730089
Tein's only lower a civic about 1.75 inches all around. The front will look killer but the fanny will still sit too high for your likeing.
Then again, if you're buying springs for an aesthetic enhancement, you came to the wrong group of people

Im mainly just worried about the ride quality. If you have ever owned ebya coliovers you know what im talking about. I still want it to sit nice tho.

TEIN springs are made for stock dampers. AGX have an aggressive damper bound/rebound and the low spring rates of the S-Techs will make the ride on your car awkward and might blow the shocks if you have them on level 4. You need higher spring rates for the AGX. Try Ground Control or Skunk2 sleevesprings "coilovers." If you really want springs then buy the Skunk2 springs. They are lowering springs with relatively higher rates than most other springs.
hey Cavell I would go with some h&r sports or race springs
. You also may want to sell the kyb's and save up for some koni yellows. I wish I had saved for them instead. The kyb's are nice, but the koni's are way better.

Matt, yeah I was looking at some H&R race springs on inlinefour.com and Im pretty sure kommy has the H&R's, and his car sits nice. I will probably order some after i sell some parts or get a new job whatevers first.
hey i have some lowering springs
i think they are generic springs
at first i thought they were spoon(they came on the car when i got it)
they seem to have a pretty decent spring rate
they handled excellent but i didn't like
thm because the drop was too much for me
shoot me an offer and i might take it
they dropped my eg hatch like 2" all
around if not more
