I posted about a G-Tech timer earlier and i got alot of responses on it being unreliable, but all i really want is the dyno info, not 1/4 mile. Is anyone running this pda dyno

Just go to a local dyno if you are that worried about it. Hoenstly though, a dyno number means dick. A track time means dick. All of those things vary from track to track, day to day, and run to run.

Hey ricey,
You have answered almost every posts i have done so far so i figured i would ask you a question because you seem to have a lot of great answers. My 95 civic engine is about to give and i have been posting like crazy for ideas on turbos and exhaust, so i guess my next question is what would you recommend for my civic a B18 or the B16? My local shop says that i should just go with the B18 and i agree but i figured i would ask.

IMO, i wouldn't trust data on a GTech, spend the cash on a real dyno run or two.

Yeah i was thinking about an h22 but i am on a really tight budget and will barely have enough to the the B18. I like the h22 though i have heard really great things. What did you swap it into

if you want a cheap turbo setup...just drop in an LS and contact someone who knows what they're doing and ask them to whip up a kit for you. you won't be sorry.

I've seen the swap for a B18c go for nearly $1000 more than the h22a. I don't know what the misc parts included for the b18 swap are, but for the h22a, I'm spending a total of $4500. All top quality parts. If I went with cheaper parts and no lsd I could probably get it done around 3500-3700.
