have you guys ever seen or heard about this? i havent.. i didnt even know they made map lights for the ef . http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...80528 check it out.
yeah they exist... but those were meant for the JDM glass top crx's, as those do not have the light behind / between the seats... you know... not having a place to put it as there is a lot of glass there
This thing replaces the stock rear view mirror-holder and the mirror is held by this thing as well...
pretty cool, but also pretty useless if you allready have the normal light

I dont know about useless since the backlight is pretty crappy and to far behind my shortass(I have the seat all the way forward).

I agree I want that thing.!! Our domelights ARE worthless! But not at $100.
It was an official Honda accessory item in Japan and Europe. Came stock on the glass tops and maybe the Si-R's and the EDM VT's. I love the ones in my DB2.
We couldn't have them because of the stupid and useless seatbelt warning lights.
And we were the only country with the seatbelt warning system anyway.

but not the bump in your USDM headliner.
That light won't fit the US models.
Canada YES, US NO.

It should noted that if you purchase the OEM maplight from the Japan and European models, you will also need the matching rear view mirror as it is different and has to fit in the map light assembly properly.
