im going to buy a ls swap but the clutch and flywheel are gone so the owner took apart the tranny from the motor how do i tell if the tranny's gear are still good and the syncros?? also the motors a 95 how do i tell if its legit?

 

rip it apart and look, or just throw it in a car and find out
