Default Wheel Torque Specs?

Can anyone tell me what the specs are for torquing down the lugnuts for the wheels on a 2001 ITR? I need to swap my back and front tires due to chunking on the front tires from the track. Anyone, I looked in the Helms manual but can't find the specs!
