Default High speed vibration problem, PLEASE HELP!!!

Whenever I get to about 70 mph my right front tire starts to vibrate. I have gotten new rims and balanced them a few times, rotated them, and got an alignment but nothing seems to fix it. I am guessing that it is my wheel bearing but I am not sure. Can anyone confirm this for me?

are you running stock wheels or aftermarket?

It sounds like you might need hub centric rings. Check these out, I got a set last summer and I've never been happier!
