Newbie w/ question about vacuum lines on a6
I took my head off to replace my headgasket and now that Im putting it on, I cant remember where some of the lines go. If someone could take a picture of their intake manifold (an Si) or direct me to a diagram of some sort, that would be awesome. I used the search on here but found nothing useful.

its an 89 Si with the a6 motor. The diagram you posted helped a bit but theres still a couple not shown off the back of the manifold.
Alright, I think I got all the lines where they should be. So I started it up and it idled real high (3,000rpm) I was getting a code 10 (IAT) so I unplugged the sensor and it idled a lot better but still pretty rough. I also noticed that there is coolant leaking from a little unit on the back of my intake manifold near the throttle body. What the hell is coolant doing up there? I didnt know it was routed anywhere near there. Anyone know what it is and why it might be leaking? I think it may be clogged for some reason.

Coolant flows through the throttle body and into the EACV
that is "electronic air control valve" which helps control the idle.

Thanks for the reply. Theres a leak in that line which, since it controls idle, is probably what is causing the idle to be rough. Think I got it figured out now, thanks for the help.

Alright, I fixed the leak but it still idles like ****. It also doesnt rev past 3000rpm. Is it because the IAT sensor is unplugged? Will that cause it to do all this?
