Default Injector and fuel rail compatability?

I was wondering, if when you purchase a "complete swap" (motor, tranny, ecu, axles, wiring harness, shift linkage) does the fuel rail usually come with it, along with injectors?

Are the fuel rails from d-series and b-series the same, and are they compatable? What about the injectors? I know they are compatable, but are the sizes drastically different.

The stock dx fuel pump is 79lph am I correct (94 dx hatch), and the integra pumps are all 125lph right?

I am just wondering if I have an integra fuel rail and injectors, or if the shop that installed my motor used the old civic stuff... (it doesn't matter much anyway, since I already purchased a bunch of new parts, but I would like to know)

Thanks alot for clearing that up, I was just wondering because my motor runs really really weak, I am gonna get it on the dyno after it passes the smog ref, and then I'll finally see exactly how weak.
