Are 88 DX hubs the same as 90 Si's?
My lug studs on my driver side are all stripped, and i cant put on lug nuts anymore.
I can get a 88 DX hub from a friend for like 10 bucks instead of going to the junk yark for 62 bucks, i was wondering if the 88 DX hub will fit my 90 Si Hub, and if it doesn't, is there a way to fix it yourself cause at the shop they want 25 dollars a stud, and thats a hundred. and the studs are only like 2.50, so they charging a lot for labor. Thanks.

As far as I know an 88 dx has a smaller size axle spline than an 89-91. So I don't think you can use them. That's the unfortunate part about 88's they were the wierd year.(axles/suspension/clutch, etc...) good luck

NO! You go to napa or autozone or what ever. Buy 4 replacement bolts for like $2.00 each. Remove your rotor, pound the old ones out, put the new ones in as best you can. When you tighten the lugs down, it will pull them in all the way.
Remember to torque to 94 ft/lbs.
