Default b16 crx with CF hood

i got a b16a in my crx with place racing mounts. my stock hood doesnt hit my valve cover but my question is, if i get a VIS OEM style CF hood, will i have hood/valve cover clearance issues? also can anyone post pics of a 88-91 crx with OEM or OEM JDM style CF hood for me? thanks in advance......

Seems like if the oem hood didnt rub, the CF wouldnt either..considering oem hoods have webbing in them.

Nice crx /\

the vis hood also has a webbing or skeleton whatever you want to call it. If your motor isn't hitting the oem hood now, it most likely won't hit the VIS. i have HAsport mounts and a VIS OEM replacment and it rubbed so i cut a section of the skeleton out...took 30 seconds and most people don't notice i cut it.

get the fiber images hood.

it's lighter, no webbing/skeleton and they make it in jdm si-r style to fit usdm front ends
