how does ur r/t effect ur 1/4 mil times???

Default how does ur r/t effect ur 1/4 mil times???

i ran a 14.9 wit .838 and 14.7 wit 1.294????

i not 100% sure about this..but i always thought the timer didnt start until your car moves, not when the light turns green.

They have nothing to do with one another.I have a friend with a low 11 sec GMC cyclone.He will sit there for literally three sec power braking to build boost and always runs the same times.If you are just learning how to launch properly at the track it is best not to worry about your R/T and concentrate on getting a good launch.
