to run 11.0 inch rotors on my 00 Si?

to run 11.0 inch rotors on my 00 Si?
ibe been thinking about upgrading to 11.0" rotors on my 00 Si.
will I need to change my caliper to accomadate/work the best with that size rotor?
or should I just by a better stock sized rotor??(which would be the easiest thing to do)
there are many routes.
itr's re drilled for 4 bolt....5 bolt conversion... legend rotors and nsx calipers..aftermarket stuff... soo many dang options.
im looking for something good but not too pricey.
