Who makes the best coilovers?
I'm looking for the best coilovers for a 4cyl 2002 accord 4dr. What are your opinions? I'd like to get pillowball uppers and lower height adjustment that doesn't affect my spring rate. Does any one make this? thanks............
tein makes killer true coilovers.
I am not sure about their accord application or if they even have one but they are argueably one of the best coilover setups right now available.

Skunk2 coilovers are fine, and they dont have stock spring rates at all. They are sitff ride but soemtime you have toi sacrafice comfort for performance.
If you want a nice ride then get some air socks or some ghey **** liek that.

hmmmm, I have not seen the Tein application tested in real life. So for the money it is not worth it. go Koni, GC, Eibach combination.
It is what I run on my race car with massive spring rates and I have abused it 1000 times worse than a street car could dream of.

Actually, I just got majorly hosed! I was so excited when my JIC FLT-A2's showed up on my door step. UNTILL, they didn't fit. The uper mount wasn't '98 and up like JIC said. ALOT of foul language in my garage that night! So, I'm sittn on $1,400 burnin a hole ya know.....
I'm really looking for a complete set up. I don't want to take the chance of piecing it together and not liking what I'm stuck with. I'm thinking TEIN SS, even though I won't get an upper mount or the lower height adj.
What to do? Thanks yall.

Yup, I have Ground Control's on my Honda street car and also on my M Coupe Track car.

Well, I'm sure they fit an Accord, just what year is the question..... I'm an '02 which is CG. It makes me mad that JIC just assumed they would fit. If I ran that place all my specs would be on the web, clear and correct.
I will check TRUECHOICE, does any one have order experience with them?
Ground control & Eibach, right?

personally i have teins myself. and i have a 01 accord sedan. that sucker is pretty damn heavy. ive used skunks at first and they werent all that great. but then i switched on to tein. never been happier i can take turns and stuff even with a big heavy car and the ride feels as close to stock as u can possibly get. well thats my opinon.
Thanks yall, I'm still looking.... TEIN sounds good but,
Truechoice emailed me back and said they would set me up with the Phase 2 kit.
Has anybody used this kit?
Koni Sport (single adjustable) shocks, coilovers with Eibach ERS Spring System.
They want $1200.00
Is this a deal for a weekend warrior / comfort comando............

Yes that is what I started out with. Truechoice even did my revalving when I went to 1000 lbs springs. They should know suspensions, they build them for Indy cars.

I've had my Teins on for just about 2years and love them. they handle so smooth, and no bounce.(feel close to stock ride) I use my car as a daily driver and on the weekends I'll tear up the backroads. another alternative is the Tein Basics which are about $200 less. you just won't be able to adjust the dampening. I've talked to a couple people that have the Basics and they love them. you can get them for 750, but if you look around you should be able to get them for cheaper.
