The L & R paper things are templates for you to trace out on each strut cover. After you cut it out. You're supposed to trim it in the rubber trim that was sent with the kit. I'm not sure of the washers, but I'm sure they go between the nuts and the bracketsthat support the brace.
check our page for detailed instructions and pics if you're still confused, in the mods section. (we both have JDM RSTBs)
heh, forgot i included the full directions a while ago for someone else, it's linked from the site, but here http://www.sandmracing.com/sjdmrstbdocs.html

S & M... heh, the yin must balance the yang, and you're such a dick all the time
i forgot i scanned those directions, i guess alot of people who are getting the bars these days aren't getting them. heh, i may be helpful now and again, but like Norm Macdonald said on the Daily Show before his 5 questions, "This is gonna be really hard, because I only know four things"

yes, dremels are a power tool...you can get just the dremel at home depot for like 50 bucks...but they have other kits w/ more attachment parts in like a 130 piece set for 99 bucks...
stupid question but are the dremels a power tool? or is it just a saw? how much do they go for?
