Default Clicking/Rattling noise comming from right front section

Every time i accelerate hard i hear a loud clicking sound, but when i hit vtec it goes away, i cant really tell where it is comming from, might be from the wheel well area or in the dash, i know my fan clicks when its on, and it just might be comming loose or something but idk, anyway i took it to a honda dealer and i found out that its $35 ******* dollars to have a mechanic test drive your car, so i said no, but a fat **** office worker said he would do it for free so i sad what the hell, he said it could possible be my cv joint starting to go bad, but it doesnt make a loud noise when i take left turns, can anyone help, please its annoying the **** out of me!

Check your CV joint boots for tears/rips/or other signs of damage/leaking.

Is this a constant ticking? Does it vary with engine speed? If keeps ticking and it ticks fatser/slower when you accelerate/deccelerate respectively, then look at anything that spins/moves relative to the engine......axles, bearings, belts, etc. I am pretty sure all the fans are electric and stay at a constant speed so unless the fan is hooked up to speed sensors that probably wouldnt be it.

Get someone to stand in the middle of an abandoned parking lot listening while you drive around in both directions. Does the click follow engine speed or tire speed?
later, slater
