i was just wondering if a block gurdle would be helpfull or is just a waste of time and money. some will say just build the bottom end. i want to and i am but untill then if it is like a year would it be worth it.

 

on ls/b20/b16a setups i would add the block girlde for strength. It not bad investment for 200 bucks.

Overall it just ties the main caps together like it shoule be . The complete bolt mail girdle is nice as well as it ties the whole bottome main caps to gether. The 6 bolt std ones are just as good
