Anti-Theft System
I've got the 97 Honda Civic EX, and I know if I took out the Stock Radio I'd mess up my OEM Anti- Theft System, so does anyone know the name of the OEM anti-theft system for the civics? cause I was thinking about puttin a different radio in the car but wanted to keep the OEM Anti-theft system
Integras do not have a keyless entry system like the Civics. BTW, you can go with any aftermarket radio you want and still keep your OEM keyless entry system. Scosche makes the appropriate adapter you'll need. The part number is HAK1 (if you have just keyless entry) or HAK2 (if you have a Honda alarm). You can order online through Sounddomain.com or through a local dealer. Sounddomain will give you this adapter for free if you buy a radio through them. Metra also makes an adapter (17-1720T).
