Mr. Paitakis has owed me $50 since mid Nov. He sold me what was said to be an OBD-1 LS engine harness. When in fact it was an OBD-0 harness. He has acknowledged the fact that he owes me the amount I stated. However, he consistantly maintains his excuse of being too broke to pay me a refund.

 

how am i a scammer? first off how am i going to refund you when you never sent the harness back to me?! secondly when i sent it i did not know it was obd-0, since the guy i got it from said it was good my my engine (95 b18b). Plus the dist. i sent was it not the right one??? i appoligize for the mix up, its not my fault i was bs'ed buy the guy who i got it from.

Since mid nov. I have had your incorrect harness in a box waiting to be shipped out. Not once have you mentioned (until the post above) that you wanted the harness before a refund would be given. I accept your apology, and I will gladly accept my $50 back as well. It may not be your fault for what he did to you, but you are responsible for what has transpired between you and I. Are you not?

To clear the air once and for all, why don't you send me $25 (via paypal) as a good faith payment. As soon as I receive that payment the harness with be sent out that very day (priority mail w/tracking #). Upon arrival of the harness on your end, you will be required to send the remaining $25 (via paypal). Sounds fair enough to me.

first off i dont work at the mall... i work 2 freakin jobs and have a girlfriend! u try to find time to do shyt! Thats the only reason why i havent gotten those things out to code blue and beatkidd! im trying to find time! And Blue Eh its extremely disrespectfull to call ppl at 2-3 in the morning, just cause i work all day and goto skool and got a gf to find time to call you! im taking care of the orders i got backed up on and im by no means a scammer!!! plus blue eh how am i a scammer if i never had a cghance to meet up with you?!
