....does this mean the cap is the only thing that is bad.....god i hope so.

Theres just like a spray of coolant which seems to be coming from the rad cap, but there is NO collant in the reserve tank. So im thinking that as the system gets presurized the cap cant take the presure, but not enough presure for the excess coolant to go through to the tank?

Last time i was pushing coolant it was what my hg blew.....but the resvere tank was full then and bubbling.

something similar happened to me several months ago, i replaced the cap and it was good to go. i would go buy a rad. cap and see if it works, they are under $10

 

Same here, the little rubber gasket inside the cap usually takes a ****, and even if it has a kink in it, it will leak, go spend the $7 and you will see too, hehe.

 

Will do. I called around to all the honda dealerships around me and i guess they stopped keeping them in stock along with every other part for a 4th gen prelude.

I ordered one but it will take a couple days, i guess ill have to get the cheap non-oem caps for now from pep boys or salvo.

Does anyone knwo where to get real honda oem products for cheap like radiators and caps?
