The tires are Continental ContiExtremeContact. It's their newest tire -- all-season high performance. Has done pretty well in the snow and offers good dry traction as well. Only $76/tire.
The fog lamps are OEM but are a dealer-installed accessory. They are actually made by Raybrig and are really sturdy (metal housing with glass lens). You can still buy them online for about $225.

whoa i know where your car is, that is the parking garage in downtown naperville! i have been to that place hundreds of time. actually, it used to be sort of a hang out for me and all my car buddies. we would go all the way to the top and hang out there during the summer.

Sturdy. Right, until a damn rock hits your passenger side fog lamp and cracks it.

I used to run 205/50ZR15s but the ride was really jarring. Went to a 55 aspect ratio and it rides much better now without compromising the handling too much.

Where did you pick that up? I want to get one but have trouble spending $15 on a decal. Good stuff
. Why no drop?

I got the decal off eBay for like $20. I know it's expensive for a decal, but I just bit the bullet and bought it.
It is dropped 0.5" on ITR springs. I didn't want a ground-scrapingly low drop, hence my decision to go with ITR springs.
Here's a pic of the cutoff from the HIDs:
