Default heat not workin well ?

My heat does not warm up all the way in my car even after 20-30 mintues of running it. It will warm up a little bit for a minute, then it gets cold again. I just replaced the thermostat in it a month ago, I figured that was the problem. Any suggestions? thanks.

could be a plugged heater core, when was the last time you flushed the cooling system?

I did a coolant flush at the same time with the thermostat (a month ago) since I was in there already. I also changed the upper radiator hose as well when I did the thermo. I have the lower hose in my garage but its been too cold.
Yes my car does reach operating temp after a little bit seems to take a while, but i think that is normal for an older honda? correct if am wrong, my friends R seems to be that way as well. Any other ideas? Thanks.

after you get ur car up to normal operating temp. Turn the heat on full, rev to red line a few times. If u feel a burst of heat from the heater then you might have low coolant. it happened to me in my legend after I put my rad back in. just a suggestion might want to try it

My coolant is full though I topped it off the other day, its at the top of the radiator cap and full in the tank.
Could my water to coolant ratio matter?

even if u toped if off there could still be air in the system. it might not be over heating because it's so cold outside. just my .02
