BC RS is better than the Flex by battleship lengths! The flex is not even 3 way adjustable!! I have owned and used the RAs (much higher than the Flex) and currently using the BC RS. The BC will be better in EVERYWAY compared to the flex.

Here are just a few specs off the BC that I have found:

-Racing Spec Damper
-Pillow Ball upper mounts
-Adjustible Stroke
-Chromoly Steel that is weather coated
-15 way adjustible damper
-46mm Piston
-Spring rates of 12kg Front and 8kg Rear. But you can get Custom rates if you want

Some info about the Flex
-Pillow ball upper mounts
-Adjustible Stroke
-Chromoly Steel that is teflon coated
-16 way damper adjustible
-??mm Piston
-Spring rates 9kg Front and 5kg Rear Dont know if you can get custom rates or not
-Works with the EDFC

They are both not bad. But the BC seems to be more of racing damper then the flex, which seems more of a comfortable ride with options then anything else.

I have the flexes, and can definately concede that the ride is hella comfortable.
