i got pulled over driving home from a club last night , i was clearly drunk right??? well im thinkin to myself "man im fucked imma get a dui and all kinds of ****." these idiot cops "think" they know what they are lookin at but their morons. the nor cal guys know what im talkin about . most go through a class and **** so they know what to look for . well this cop took all kinds of pics of my car sayin its a street racer . well me bein in my alcoholic state i got pissed . i was like im not a ****** street racer have you ever seen me street race ???? so anyway , he is sending me to the ref for modified emissions . even though i have a carb sticker for my turbo kit...what he doesnt know is that the carb sticker is fake as hell . and he didnt bother to look and notice i have NO cat .but anyway i get a trip to the ref . ive herd that you can just pay a fine and avoid the ref right???? can i get a confirmation on that? cause it will be cheaper and less of a hassle to just pay that fine .

i *believe* you can avoid the ref by paying up (what 400+ dollars?) is it worth it though? And when it's time to smog anyways, what do you plan on doing ?

 

i have a hookup on smog...i herd the fine was like 300 bucks , i mean if i go to the ref i have to take my turbo kit off , intercooler , adjustable cam gear off , buy a cat , header , airbox and ****
