Default .75" lowering springs...

I'm interested in dropping the car just a tad to clean up the gap in the fenders. The Mugen Lowdowns are in my very distant future so I'm looking for the best alternative right now. I don't want a decrease in quality and performance in some lowering springs, and I don't want to mess with coil-overs(been there, done that). So if there are any worthwhile springs available please give me some feedback. Also what are our stock spring rates and those of possible lowering springs?
Thanks for any and all info. I really appreciate it.
Good places to purchase said springs would help also.

I've got a set I'd like to get rid of (cheap, they're Eibach I believe, were supposed to be H&Rs).
Had them on my R and liked them, but they didn't seem to fit with the Bilsteins.
e-mail me next week if interested edward.pipala@uspto.gov

Spoon makes a set, it lowers the car by about 20mm (.86").

Perfect! Know the spring rates by any chance? Know a good, reasonably priced place to get them?
Thanks.

I've been Checking on the Spoon springs, the only [price I have gotten is around $350 anf I have no idea if that inc;udes shipping. I wanted to see if that is going to be my best deal or not, worth it etc? Also, anyone have 1st hand experience with the ride quality, height, maybe even pics?
Thanks again.

I don't know if you're already set on the Spoon springs, but I just put H&R race springs on a little while back. They are great so far. They settled nice, and taking sharp turns where I would get a little tire sqeel, it just holds nice and flat. Also, it seems to ride smoother on flat surfaces, until you hit a bump, of course, which it takes very tightly. Im like them, and I "think" I paid something like $220 shipped. I think they are more, but if you talk to the guys at some shops they usually come down some. I thought about getting the spoon springs, but eventually I want to go with a Tein setup, so I figured why bother.

One quick thing. Do those of you with Tein damping adjustables (HA or NA) really adjust them alot? I think the height adjustables would be better for me, but do they perform as well?
