my uncle owns an independant dealership in harrisonburg and he sells a lot of hondas but he got a 2001 gsr with these tails on it. so he let me swap my stocks out for them. i think they might be jdm but id like to be sure. so if anyone knows let me know.

yeah, i unerstand but i just like the all reds better then the 95 tails, i mean i can put 98 an up tails on it anytime i want, just gotta switch em out again. ive just had people asking where i got them, an if they were jdm, an i didnt know, so at least now i can tell them they arn't. i definitly hate the chrome around the tails though, so when it warms up i'll finish painting the chrome to match the car. i think they look aight though when they're clean. i hate ricey looking cars just as much as the next person. i put the tails on, and dropped it on a set of blades and thats all i plan to do to the outside of the car. the rest will only be performance.

You got owned by your uncle. Even your uncle would be able to tell that theyre not stock, theyre probably not DOT/SAE approved and they dont match the rest of the damn car.

 

they look like **** and will never look good. dont flatter yourself with that "i think it will look good if its cleaner" you can clean it for days and it will still look like it came out of someone ***. i say you get stock tails, keep those, and light them on fire and remember to take pics.

...as for your "JDM" comment, dont worry about it, because everyone on this site at one point didn't know anything about cars. So you shouldn't feel bad because you dont know the Japanese specs of your car.
