Default how to figure out what the security code is on a stock radio

I have af riend with a 99 honda van and he had to change the battery and he doesn't know the code to unlock. how do i unlock it for him?

it's usually written in the car manuel in the glove compartment. If not, u'll probably have to go to the dealership to get the code.

if it isn't in the manual look on the inside of the fuse box under the hood it should be there.

pull out the radio get the s# on the back bring proof that its not stolen to your local dealer and they will give u your code from the pc

There is a chance that it is on a sticker on the back/bottom of the ashtray.

try to look on the drivers side seatbelt. there might be a lil white tag, and the code might be on there. this was the case with my friends integra. u can also go to a dealership and theyll tell u where it iz

go to honda dealer w/registration and id. but you prob stole it..so you wont go that route. look under your sneaker, the code might be there too..

Call up the dealership or go up there with your vin number and they should give it to you
