97,98, 2000 ITR floor mats

I know a guy who has a few set new in box. He was very **** and bought some in bulk for some reason

don't ask me. But he has since sold the ITR for a EVO, so they are just collecting dust. I said that he should sell them. How much is the going price for these? He wanted to put them on eBay but I told him he could probably sell them on H-T. The part number's he sent me were 08P16-ST7-211. Are those the 97-00 versions? TIA
