Default n00b needs advice/info on valvetrain...

First of all, thanks for the advice and comments about my mis-shift incident (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=722069). Bad news: I've got bent valves. Less bad news: I didn't blow the motor.

Okay, so now that my head has got to be pulled and my valves replaced, I was thinking about going ahead and upgrading my whole valvetrain while I'm at it if money permits. The guy doing the work suggested Ferrea valves coupled with titanium springs/retainers since I've got a friend selling the springs and retainers for pretty cheap. The problem is that I'm not sure if this is the wisest decision at the moment. With that in mind, here are some questions:

-I still haven't decided if I want to go with a mild NA setup or Turbo, would this valvetrain work with either or should there be different objectives with my valvetrain?

-If I do happen to upgrade my valvetrain, I wouldn't be able to do anything else just yet (no cams, etc.), would I still have any gains from doing this?

-Are there any emissions issues with upgrading the valvetrain?

-If I were to just get stock replacements, and assuming everything went as planned, my car should be back to it's normal self right?

Sorry if I sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about, but it's because I don't. I'm learning as I go. Thanks for any advice/info and feel free to add any input you'd like. I wish I had more time to research and decide, but the car is my only car and a daily driver, so I need it to be fixed asap.
