I don't think you will get any really helpful replies unless you specify what you are looking to improve on your Prelude.

Do you have an Si or vtec model?
What do you want to want to do in the future? Auto-X, drag, just daily driving etc.
How much power do you want to make and how much
money are you willing to spend?

Ask yourself these questions first then you should be able to come
up with something that you would like to do with your lude.

I have a 95 too but an SE edition

Good luck with your future goals for your car.

It's not a matter if it's "worth fixing up" or not... it's a choice you have to make if you WANT to fix it up. It seems like you just want to mod the car cause you can. Have a set goal when modding your car. Are you going to mod it for handling, power, looks, sound??? Find the most important thing(s) for you and figure out what you want to do about it.

Took the words right out of my mouth. It is after all your car... so do whatever tempts your tummy. It's your car after all.

first, get some altezza's, then get a bodykit and a phat wing,
then get some apc stickers and you should be good for about 400hp

j/k kidding man, if your serious about modding it,
you should decide if you want to stay n/a or go turbo,
then read as much on each of these topics as you can before
you make any moves, there are plenty of good threads on both of them
so start searching and then go from there

Looks like all he cares about is rice mods. Do you actually want to go for performance, or do you just want to make your car "cool"? That is the question you should be asking yourself.

Money is no problem and you bought a 95 lude? Although I love my lude, if I had the $, I'd probably get a new car. S2k or maybe a 350Z... Aside from that, I/H/E....vafc / hondata...etc

A 95 lude si to be exact with 180k miles. This is not a car to start modding on. Your H23 won't last that much longer. If money is no option, i would sell your car, and buy a newer, or actually less mileage car. Orrrr you can always swap in a H22.
