Will springs from a 2000 ex fit a '98 GSR?

Just like the topic says, will Neuspeed Sport lowering springs from a '00 Civic ex fit on my '98 GSR?

Yes, but they might be a different spring rate.

What would the different spring rate do to the ride?

it could lower the car a bit more and the ride will be less harsh w/ the lower spring rate
