Default problem with idle in my EG

**** WRONG FORUM MOD wanna move this to the EG forum??

Problem with my beater, 92 EG 1.5L automatic (I know, who cares right?). Recently I changed my thermostat, radiator, radiator hoses, and got a coolant system flush because it was over heating. Car has run great and not overheated since (its been a few weeks since then). Then tonight, after warming up and going for a drive, parked the car while still running, the idle started to fluctuate up and down, almost like it had a huge cam installed in it. The first thing I thought of is the idle control screw. I remember on my Del Sol, if you opened the screw too much, the idle would rev up and down because the ECU had an idle limit on it and tried to bring the idle back down again. So sitting in park, only when the car is warmed up, the idle will surge up and down. Only thing thats changed recently is the weather, it was -1 outside tonight when this was occuring, and hasnt been that cold all winter. Other than that, nothing has changed. No CEL lights, and last time I checked, fluids were fine. Suggestions?
