WTB: Cheap 14" Steelies in SoCal

I'm going to create new post since my last one wasn't hitting correct audience. While I appreciate offers, shipping some steelies is going to make expense too great.

All I'm looking for is are set of 14" steelies w/ 4 x 100 lug pattern. I'm looking to spend no more than $10 per rim w/ or w/out tires. Thanks.
