Default All charge piping and exhaus piping done and ready for paint.pics inside

We got all the charge piping don today . Its kinda crazy as soem owuld say, but it will flow great and any other way would have been a bitch coming off the turbo. so our solution worked out great. total charge piping is only 2 pieces and comes off actually pretty easy and tucks behind the bumper with out any probs whatso ever. tommorow i willpaint everything up all nicely.

Thanks to Franks CUstom Fiberglass for all his help.
heres a pic of the charge pipe off the throttle body

heres a pic of my PWR 1/2 core finally mounted

heres another shot of the pipe off the throttle body installed.doesnt look liemuch yet, but give her some paint and shes good to go

heres a pic of my Kteller 3inch exhaust and my Apexi 3inch N1

heres the final shot of the night . Some might call us crazy but we like to be different.

I like the pipe coming off the turbo very creative.
I think you could of used the back door design as well if you got the end tank welded to the back of the intercooler.

back door wont work . i was gonna try it ,. but the pipe would have went right into my core, my IC is too big.
this way there is less piping to go thru , no hard bends, and flow should work out great with this design . The thing was plagued with is with this manifold there wasnt mmuch to work with to get the piping out. i was gonna face it up and cut a hole and come down thru the fender, but this way worked out much better.. i just gotta put some finishing touches on it tommorow and will post better pics.

its just surface rust from the bumper support when i removed it , it will rub right off without a prob. not really worried about it.

Slick! I was wondering how you were going to solve that problem w/ the oil return line.

I like the pic with the PWR installed...looks nice. Let me tell you about those radiator fans your using from Autozone-they suck! I'm not saying it won't do the job because the PWR will keep the motor cool most likely anyhow but be warned that my stock radiator fan worked better then the one you have. A FAL or SPAL would be a better bet but there kinda pricey

ive been using those fans for over a year now, they work great.i have yet to have a prob.
the piping is 2.5 inch aluminized steel.suprisingly its not really heavy.
Josh i changed my cell phone number fool, i gave you the number like 3 times already on your VM and IM.

Looks good!

I hope you have solid motor mounts, otherwise that one solid pipe is going to love to shift around and lose the rubber connectors.

^ What he said. Really clamp down on that driver side coupling on the IC.

Otherwise, awesome job.
