Default Newb question

My rear passenger outertail light is out. this is my first car, and i have no idea how to access the light itself. i know there are some covers i can pull out, which what do i need to do exactly to make sure its pluged in + to replace it. I feel embaressed.

pull off the taillight access cover, then you will see a few different plug. And you just have to figure out which plug is for the burnt out light, then twist it and remove the bulb.

pretty much, you wont even get your hands dirty. once you get the access cover popped off, (you just pull it off) you should be able to tell which plug it is by looking at the placement of it, then just twist it and pull it out. Then to check it turn on your lights and it will or will not light up.

i wish emracing was my company, I just help them out. But i am running all of there bars on my 98 hatch.

what size bulb do i need for the rear tailights?

u need either a 1156 or 1157, i believe it is the 1157, the one with the 2 contacts on the bottom
