HELP GUYZ.... b16a intake manifold on b18b???????
Okay.. i posted this in the integra forum... and well i didnt get too many responses... maybe im just impatient... but ehehhe sorry.. anyways... well here it goes.. HELP ME PPL PLEASE!!!
Well my friend was suggesting to me that I should get a used b16a intake manifold from the scrapyard for my b18b... and he said that it would be better then my current stock b18b intake manifold.. i can get a relativly good price on it too!
1)so question is.. does the b16a intake manifold work with my vtec-less car and does it actually make a difference?
2) and how hard is it to install it by myself?
i heard that it needs to be it welded/cut? what exactly needs to be welded or cut?
3)and im gonna be doing ls/crv vtec later on in the future... would i be able to still use this after its been welded or cut for ls/crv vtec? my friend is a damn good welder so can u guys tell me how to make it work please? or should i leave it alone till the ls/vtec thing (which wont be till winter or next summer, but i wanna feel some differences in power till then... )
4)and my last question (for now... many more in the future
) i had my throttle body bored out to 64mm... and well since im gonna be installing the b16a intake manifold on, i was wondering should i bore the b16a intake manifold out a little before i install it?
any tips on installing it and about how much my car would gain/lose from installing it would help... thanx again for the responses guyz/ladies....

Don't bother, by the time you're done with all the work necessary to get the B16 to fit the LS head, just go buy yourself a Skunk2 manfold.
ITR size and shape that is a direct bolt on to the LS.
Cost - $299 http://www.nrg-racing.com
