What kind of all motor potential does an s2000 have. Do they make better cams?
Anyone have times for an s2k with like Gearing changed, ITBs, Cams, Header, Cold Air, Exhaust? Are low 13's out of reach or is that possible?
Are we talking about the F20C or F22C?
You can hit low 13's easily with the F20C with those modifications... possibly 12.9 with the stock bottom end.
Now as far as the F22C goes, nobody knows yet... we have to wait a year and see. I'll see how mine does at the 1/4 track when racing season opens back up.

yea probably the f20 because thats probably the only one I could get. I have a 96 hatch 1.6L turbo. And sometime in the next year or so am gonna try and get myself a silverstone metalic S2000.

if i were to go all motor on the s2k, lets say f20 which i believe is the 00-03' year right? what would i need to do all motor wise to hit mid 12's.? i mean ITB headers exhaust yea i konw, but what else? would it be easy to accomplish this task? or is just FI better? OH yea, does the s2k have forged pistons? can the motor handle boost stock? if so how many lbs. because I am a prelude guy and thinking of gettin an s2k and i konw that the prelude can't handle boost on stock internals. how would hte s2k do with stock internals?
yea of course boostin it is gonna be better and easier to do. But I already have a Boosted hatch and maybe another boosted beater in the works. Id love to keep the s2k a sick all motor car. its not gonna be anything crazy just a fun car for me to drive, Id just like it to have respectable power. Id be happy with mid to low 13's with legit mid to low 13's Traps speeds like 103,-105 something like that
