Default skunk cams

with the skunk 2 stage 2 cams will I have to upgrade valve springs?

Yes you will, Skunk2 valve springs would be most likely recommended ;-)

With Skunks Stage1 cams they say you can get away with retaining the itr valvetrain so long as you do not exceed the redline otherwise precautionary measures should be taken...
It should also be noted the stage I cams on an ITR would not yield the kind of improvement you would pay that kinda money for.
