For some strange reason, if you drive the car very hard, redlining a few gears for a short period of time (5-10 minutes), the minor grinds will disappear.
lol, It came back today, ****.
How do I fix this? I know a lotta people say GM syncromesh or whastever it is, and some people say it could be my short shifter
And am I causin damage by grindin it?

i'd say it's both. you are probably doing some minor damage when it grinds...... after all, it is "grinding"..... metal grinding metal does not lead to both metals being happy......

And my mounts should be perfect. Brand new hasports, maybe only a few months (3) old.
