Default fuse keeps blowing HELP

alrite well at school one of the administrators told me to go to my car because my alarm was going off...but i dont have an alarm i told them. so they were like hmm maybe we thought the wrong car was going off so i went back to class. when i came back to my car after school and started up and started driving i noticed that it said my doors and my seat belts were not on and kept flashing as i drove. when i got home i checked my fuse and it was blown so i tryed putting in a new one and everytime i tryed putting a new one in...it would blow. so then i was thinking what the last thing i did to my car which was install a different steering wheel so i took off the wheel and found my horn button wire pinched really hard. so i fixed that...put in a new fuse then pressed the horn button and it blew again. so i put the stock wheel on and the fuse blew again. and whenever i press the brake or horn it says my doors are open and my seat belts are not on and the horn does not work. i think what happened is that when my wire was pinched...i turned on my horn while at school for a long time until my fuse blew. BUT WHY ARE MY FUSES STILL BLOWING EVEN THOUGH I FIXED THE PINCH?!?!?! HELP!!!

Check the fuses under the hood, and make sure they are intact and secure.

There is one fuse that conrtolls the seatbelt lights, and the horn (hence when you break they all go off). You should have taken that out when you put the wheel on (so it didnt honk a million times). Make sure thats in place and intake.
