What are the differences in prices on a paint job. Whats the price difference in cans of paint. And does anyone know a good place to get the paint from?

2-3 grand if you want a really good paint job. It's no joke, my buddy did it to his car.

 

humm... anyone have any prices on the paint? do any of you have girlfriends, somewhat eventful lives? Are any of you college grad. ? I am really interested in hearing about your lives. Seeing that you all have nothing better to do, lets all get to know one another!

 

thank you! and now that I know i will stay away from that paint job. I am assuming that they paints all the jams, under the hood in the trunks etc.

 

2,000 is not outragous but 3,000 is a little too much for me seems like a little bit overboard.

 

4 grand and you'll have a oem paint job.

2500 would be a pretty good one, depends on the shop and stuff too.

if you do all the prep work(the most important part of the paint job anyway) it's gonna be cheaper.

you can invite some buddies and have them sand your car down for the price of beers and pizza

Im not a newb Ive been on HT for over a year. I just wanted to knwo the price of CW paint as opposed to reg. white PPG paint. I think its the Donkey pic I really need to change that but I like the DONKEY!

bahaha that made me laugh. but also, ALOT of us aren't painters soo we wouldn't know.

 

i think the price ull be paying depends on the quality of paint (ex: PPG paint)
