Default HONDATA + CEL = RUNNING LIMP???

I am running a revhard kit with a hondata s200b, after i did my custom exhasut piping, my cel came on and threw code 41, which is a heated o2 sensor.. My question is, is my car running in "limp" mode? I cant really tell with the boost...

O2 sensor cels won't put you into limp mode. I know this for a fact.
