Well just got back from the dyno i was there monday put down 184whp and tq was 128. WEnt back today installed A VFAC 2 in the ride and we managed to get 193whp and 129tq not bad i need a bigger cam than they suggested. I am using the civic type r intake cam and the integra type r exhaust cam. i was told i need the cat out of the car to make more hp then put a bigger cam in the car makes since i may leave it alone but 200hp is so close

It is the JG proline series head basicly head ported and polished i uesd a skunk 2 intake which was match ported to the head 70mm throttle body flat face valves springs retainers civic typr r intake integra type r exhaust cams just added the vfac 2. that the set up think the cams are coming out though. want 200hp
