Default Air Intake.

Ok I think this the best place to post this... cuz if I post it in the Vigor/Legend forum, no one will reply because no one ever goes there lol.

ok so this is my question. I need to replace my current stock air filter... now I was wondering what to do. Should I just get a regular one or get a performance one? I was thinking K&N but I dont think they make em for a 92 Vigor.

So guys are there any other companies that make air filters for Vigors? If nothing then my only choice is Motomaster from CandianTire

IMO for almost the same price as a k&n you can get intake...I am sure they make it for your car.....it will give you about the same if not a little more power not to mention most of them come with a "cleanable and reusable" filter. Hope this helps

Intake is easier than changing a bulb in your headlight.....very very easy to do.

i would have to agree, most intakes are a 15-30 minute change. but if not there is a performance filter for that model. try K&N, and also maybe something called the blue filter(new company) i think

ive seen a few stick with the stock pipeing and just adding a good filter, alot of no name intakes tend to be loose at the end and practically fall off sometimes.. get the right size piping before you make ur own if your planning to...

Or you can do the poor mans intake....just take out your air filter and bottom box and drill big holes in it....you get the intake sound due to better flow....you might also consider taking out the resinator...also free.....just a heads up.
