what after market anti-roll bars are there for the del sol?
what size are they stock on s,si, v-tec models?
does s model have anti-roll bars front and rear?
and is vtec pre-wired on hatchback models?

yeah, what are you talking about. fitment for sway/strut bars will be the same as a 92-95 civic. roll bar? you can get these through cusco, but they are pretty hard to find...that's why i'm having mine custom built. please restate your question.
If you want a rollbar I suggest wearing a helmet. I have banged my head off a rollbar in a Jeep and a gocart and I can tell you that was enough for me not to get one. If you are racing it's one thing but for daily driving I would not suggest it.
The S model doesn't have a rollbar....they do not come on any stock Honda.
There is no such thing as a hatchback model of the del sol....kinda defeats the purpose.
Peace.

yep, anti-roll bars....
I want to do a suspension build up for a del sol, and so far the disadvantages ive seen from s model to other models is rear drums on the s instead of discs on the si/vtec models and 9.44 inch brakes in the front instead of 10.5 on vtec models.
I just need to know if the s model comes with front and rear anti roll bars and what sizes they are in various models.
and do s models come with power windows/power locks/power steering?
what roll cages/bars fit without removal of the rear window? autopower? kirk? bolt-in? weld-in?

comes w/ power windows, and i THINK power steering, and i'm pretty sure NOT power steering. to the best of my knowledge, there are no sway bars on del Sols. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

anti-sway bars. I don't know the sizes
S 93-95 = NONE (may have changed for 96-97 not sure)
Si 93-95 = front only
Si 96-97 = front and rear
VTEC 94-97 = front and rear
S- model was the only one available with manual steering rack. All sols made have power windows. Power locks only became an option for 95-97 I think?
Roll cages and Bars... Available in the states = NONE. There are about two people who have gotten Cusco cages/bars that are made for the del sol in japan. But they are very hard if not imposible to get. all the rest are cutom built.
A 93 S model is one of the best if you want swap motors and build up a del sol, as it is the lightest one available because the manual steering rack is lighter, and ther is no passenger airbags on the 93's. And also 93 S's can be found real cheap.

Automatic S models had power steering.
The Integra Type R rear anti-roll bar works very nicely on a del Sol with the Beaks Kit (I'd use it anyway, just to minimize subframe tearout problems)......but I'd do that as a last ugrade after springs and shocks. You'll need rear LCA's from a del Sol VTEC, 92-95 Civic sedan or Integra with the "nubbin" sway bar mounts.
The del Sol handling/stability also responds extremely well to a front upper strut bar. They are cheap(ish) and make the world of difference, especially for minimizing cowl shake.
FYI, the del Sol Si and VTEC came with all the "creature comforts" not found on the S model.....power mirrors, 4 wheel disc brakes, cruise control, a stereo (!), etc. That's one reason they're lighter. All del Sols had 3 power windows. If you want light weight and don't care about cruise control, etc, go with the S model.

drkarrow says no sway bars for s model
stevecockrill site says front only
so if the front indeed has a sway bar, all i need is beaks kit to put the rear one on? do i need anything else?
and are s models wired for vtec like cx/vx civic models?
my setup goals are--
neuspeed koni sp3's
skunk 2's 400lbs front 500 rear(then change setup from there)
stock front sway bar
rear itr sway bar or suspension techniques
15inch wheels on azenis
brake upgrade
decide if i want to turbo or not, and then be done

No, you need rear lower control arms (LCA's) that will accept the sway bar end links.....use del Sol VTEC, Integra or Civic sedan (any Honda of the same chassis that has a rear sway bar). Or there are aftermarket LCA's that will work.

Front upper strut bar will be the best bang for your buck, I promise!
And then be done......ahahahahaha! Its never "done"!!
