Quick questions 88-89 Civic Rear bumper and 90-91 bumper

All I want to know is are they interchangeable? Do 88-89's direct fit on 90-91's? Will I need the 88-89 Filler piece on my 90-91? Will that bolt up to the 90-91's?

YES , they are FULLY interchangeable, bolts right on w/ the bumper support
