Default Having problems help please...

I have a hatch with a z6/y8 combo still running obd-0. Earlier this week it began running really rough including the idle dropping to around 500ish. After driving around for a while the CEL came on with a code 1 for 02, I replaced it as well as the spark plugs and it was still the same. I checked the new plugs and they are already black with fuel. The compression is all still around 210 and I even put on a different distributor, still the same. What should I be checking next? It seems like the engine is running incredibly rich to the point that it is running like crap. Any help is super.

Yeah all the plugs were pretty bad, and now the new ones are coated bad too. Im getting either too much fuel in there, or extremely little spark.
