ERRR LUG NUT PRoBLEMS!!
ive just about had it with my car...
someone set it on fire for me please
basically i was changing the rims today and i have some allen key style lug nuts..and i went to twist the lug off and fucken some of them stretched and the key stretched the lug nut and now the key basically can move freely in the fucken lug nut...so im really heated right now as i look back on how many problems this car has given me and how much money i have dumped into it, and i was furious. i went at it with a vice grip and did nothing more then scratch the **** out of my rim, then i got even more heated and took a screw driver and hammer to try to break the fucken lug off...my car has been out of commission for a month and i was so happy that i got my new tires today for my stock rims so i could throw them on there.. (the after market rims bent to **** last month when i hit a pot hole)
so now i have no clue what to do, all i do is keep thinking maybe i should have this car stolen

anyone else? i have the same problem. damn tuner lugs! i tried to put paper around the key to make it wider but that did not work. my only other thoughts are either to epoxy the key in the lug and hope it holds long enough to break them free, or getting some bolts from the hardware store slightly bigger than the key (metric or standard, what ever fits best) and putting them in the lug. to work it off you'd have to put a nut on the other side of the bolt and thread it down the whole way and use some wrenches or something to turn it. does that need clarification? let me know if either of these work before I try. good luck
hammer a socket onto the bolt. hammer it very very hard and until its deep in there. then use a ratchet on the back of the socket, and youll just take it off. btw, impact sockets work much better.
other suggestions also:
get an air hammer and airhammer it off.
get liquid nitrogen and freeze the bolt then flick it with a hammer to shatter it
take it to a shop to have them charge you money for basically doing what i said up top.
the hammering of a socket is sure to work tho.

btw, your epoxy idea wont work. itll just tear the epoxy up. unless your bolt is very loose and you just need grip to spin it. but i dont see why it would be loose any.
if none of the stuff i said worked.. u can also get a steel drilling bit, and start drilling through it, but your going to have to replace the stud. if you do end up doing that, let me know, ill tell you how to change the stud.
