take all the bolts off the valve cover and also all the spark plug wires out remove valve cover. MAKE SURE NOT TO GET DIRT IN THE HEAD. flip the valve cove over and take the gasket out install the new one putting honda bond on the 4 corners and the corners where the cam half circle ends. put it back togeather and retorque to 7 ft/lb. double check my torque rating i might be off by a lb.

Sounds right to me, just be very careful with these bolts, they are almost $5 a piece from honda and are extremely fragile, one of mine broke when i dropped it on the ground from 2.5 feet up, and numerous people on here have had them break off in the head due to over tightening them, and they are a bitch to remove.

Good luck!

wd40 is not a bad idea, and if it gets stuck, well, what I might do is drill it out a little and use a reverse thred'ed screw to drive it out, if you dont know what im saying, well, mabey get a pros help if it gets broken off, hope it dosent though, for your sake! good luck
